There is a restaurant/gift shop/orchard/snack shop in Pigeon Forge, TN
called the "Apple Barn." When seated at the restaurant they bring a basket
of apple fritters with apple butter and a small glass of apple cider to your
table to snack on while waiting for your dinner. They are addicting and
gladly share their recipe for the fritters.
