I almost always cook my own birthday dinner so I can have
exactly what I want made the way I like it. I sometimes
also go out for dinner as a birthday treat but that's not
my official birthday dinner. Sometimes, if she volunteers,
I let my aunt make me a birthday dinner as long as I get
to decide what she makes. She does a number of things I'm
very fond of and that I don't make myself. One is moussaka.
So if I feel like Greek food I let her do it. Yum.
But I don't have any one thing I always have. It depends on
what I've been craving. Or some new dish I've been wanting
to try but is too much work to make for just myself. Of course
I always invite friends and family.
