You probably wouldn't like the way the Chinese treat eggs - they just cook the shit out of their poor eggs. I suppose you could cook the eggs to a medium soft boil and make deviled eggs using Japan mayo. I can't say how pan-Asian those deviled eggs would be but that's the way I do it and I am sorta Asian with pans.
