LOL! All these blander than usual homecooked meal ideas (without
many spices).

It's a short vacation trip for God's sake. Eat out and let
someone else cook better food for you. And do all the clean up
too. Don't be such a tightwad. (not referring you Terry)

Also, if you see any old diners or truck stops, definitely stop
there for some of the best food you'll ever eat. Those people
know good food.
