Thanks for the reminder, Cindy! I have a bag of lentils in the pantry
and frozen chopped spinach in the freezer. Lentil soup is on my to-do list.
I don't let outdoor temps define what I eat. I made a pot of spicy five
bean soup with barley in the crock pot yesterday. I made broccoli
cheese soup last week. Summertime doesn't preclude enjoying hot
meals/soup. There's nothing stopping anyone from having a nice crisp
cold salad to go along with it.
