When people say 'dumplings' I'm used to seeing something smaller than a ping-
pong ball or the size of jaw breaker. That's a 3-quart pot and in the first
picture there are 7 dumplings and in the second picture there are 6 dumplings.
Those are HUGE and would take longer than 10-12 minutes to cook.
