Thanks for the clarification. Mochi rice is a different type of rice, one
that is high in gluten. Beat me how that is. It is prepared by steaming and
is quite chewy. I think it would work swell in rice pudding. I had some at a
Thai restaurant on Sunday. It was mochi rice in sweetened coconut cream.
