HOT BACON DRESSING
3 slices bacon
¼ cup vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Cut bacon into small pieces. Cook slowly until crisp. Stir in
vinegar and seasonings. Reheat and pour at once over lettuce, spinach
or and salad greens or cooked fresh green beans.
