That is true and some stores are getting a lot of crap about it. Dollar
General has a lot of stores in low income areas and they can be walked
to but since they don't have a lot of fresh produce some do-good people
think they should be closed down. Supermarket would go there if they
could make a profit in those places, but they can't.
