You need remedial reading 001 ... because apparently you missed the
part about brats (bratwurst) tonight and smoked pork shoulder tomorrow .
The brats were awesome , the potato salad was stellar , but there were
no beans tonight . I'll put some white beans on to soak before i go to
bed tonight , home made baked beans for dinner tomorrow .

I am just learning to use dried beans. nb explained about soaking and
cooking. What will you do with your beans after they are soaked. Do you
bake them?
