Australia's the US' poodle. There are all kinds of treaties, no doubt,
but probably not about this. It's not so much the amount, though. It's
more that there's a drought/environmental/farmer/animal crisis going
on and the PM is in the US sucking up to Trump and spending Australian
money on a US space program. Bad timing.
