Most Asian restaurants in Western countries do not serve authentic
food, regardless of what they claim. That has been my experience
anyway. So, it's not a good start IMO.

That curry sounds wonderful, similar to a Massaman curry which is
common here. I think the best seafood I ever had was in Saigon, a huge
range of choices available. The Vietnamese really know how to do
seafood.
