Eating one of those babies is quite an intense experience. My guess is that you'd feel ill after eating one. The sauce has a high amount of sugar and it's surprisingly spicy and topped with a good amount of raw onions. The amount of sauce makes it tough to keep together when you eat it. At the end, your fingers will be covered with sauce and so will your face. It's probably one of the most processed/notorious/studied foods you can bite into.
