Do I get bragging rights too? We had a double celebration on my 45th
birthday, a combination birthday/mortgage burning. That was 24 years
ago. Nine years later I was able to retire with an early retirement
package, so no mortgage payment for 24 years and not having to work for
15 years, and I don't need to share my living space with four strangers
to get by. Excuse me if I don't envy this manic depressive twit for
inheriting just enough money from his hated capitalist father to make
possible for him to buy a house for which he is getting a monthly rental
income that is a fraction on my monthly pension.
