I have no pics either so I'll just make up something.
Breaded pork chop, fried apples, mashed potatoes. Tomorrow will be a
duplicate as I made two center cut bone in chops.

I cook a lot of stuff on the grill, but breaded just sounded so good I
got out my good copper pan. Moose talked about pork schnitzel and it
got me thinking about doing this.
