Well the toppings look good and finished. If the base (dough) is
underdone, probably because of those wooden cooking pans. A
pizza should be slid into a hot oven or if on a pan, it should be
a metal pizza pan. Those wooden things make a nice presentation
but not good to cook in. They would certainly keep the base
underdone.
