Fried corn
I like corn on the grill but I did not want to heat it up for one ear.
Instead, I cut the kernels off and cooked them in a dry frying pan.
Just a small coated pan, they did get a little browned though not as
good as the grill.
After it was cooked I added butter and salt. While not as good as off
the grill, it was pretty good. The rest of the meal was leftovers
reheated.
