I have a Tiger Brand and it works the same as a National so I assume a
Zojirushi would be the same. The cup that comes with the rice cooker
is approx. 6.5 fl oz. or exactly 2 dl (200 ml).

With my rice cooker, if I take three cups of rice and put them in the
bucket then add water to the level three, I get perfect rice.
