Both of those are would have been my choice as well or carrot salad. The
carrot salad I prefer contains raisins and 'tidbits' of pineapple with a
ever so slightly sweet dressing. To me, this dish is a cross between a
side dish and a dessert but like any dish can be modified to suit your taste.
