TBH, I've never come across algae oil, I'm sure t's good though.
Not sure if it's available in Australia (certainly not in Thailand)
but I can imagine it's very expensive. We don't do a whole lot of
frying, never deep frying, so it's not something of concern for us.

Edit: I googled for Australian availability. I think I'll pass!
