This is a good mixture for sandwich filling:

Tuna Cheddar Spread

one can of chunk light tuna
one cup shredded cheddar cheese
one tablespoon mayonaise
half cup of salad cube pickles
one tablespoon of chopped vidalia onion
salt and pepper to taste

whirl all this in a Cuisinart for about five seconds

chill it in the fridge for six hours

will make wonderful sandwiches!
