I'm probably creeped out by the silence that allows one to hear distant, lonely, sounds. I was in a soundproof room once and it was uncomfortable. My tinnitus is especially loud and you can hear your own heartbeat. It's mostly unnatural. Do coyotes attack people? I don't recall that happening. I suppose they might if you find yourself in a herd of them.
