My tinnitus is especially loud and you can hear your own heartbeat. It's mostly unnatural. Do coyotes attack people? I don't recall that happening. I suppose they might if you find yourself in a herd of them.
They may attack young children. I'd keep an eye on your kids when out in the bush.
