I had my fill of stuffed cabbage (the Serbs call it sarma) last weekend.
My mom's church had their annual ethnic food festival. I done the
cooking for the Serbian booth (and worked the booth as well)for the last
five years. Stuffed cabbage, green beans Belgrade, potato salad and
tarator soup for 500! Two days of cooking and two days of selling. By
Sunday night I was exhausted and had eaten my fill of stuffed cabbage I
think until next year this time.

Other ethnicities represented at the festival included Greek, Eritrean,
Russian and good ol' American. It's a Russian Orthodox church, but the
parish is made up of many different cultures.
