I remember being at my grandma's house and talking a long time on the phone with my future wife. That was the talk of my aunties. Who's that girl? Hopefully I wasn't too long on the phone - that would have been pretty rude. These days, I don't talk much on the phone and good riddance to all that. Learning the art of ending a phone conversation in a rapid manner should be taught in skool. OTOH, the modern kid has no need for that because they don't talk, they text.
