Heres my second time making cornmeal dumplings with ham and beans. The
first time I had dense dumplings in broth. This time I made a better
dumpling, but the broth nearly disappeared. Next time, Ill use a pot
instead of a pan to make the damned things with a lot of broth. The dumplings
were fine, but we sure could have used more broth.

Ill pass on inflicting more corn stuff on the group for a while. Im not
as crazy about it as my posts appear. Nevertheless, I never heard of a corn
dumpling until reading about them here. Its all your fault.
