Oven cleaner. Let it sit for awhile. Put it outside because of the fumes.
You may need to do it more than once. Scotchbrite also now makes an
€śextreme€ť scrubber, its purple, and it works better than the green ones.
Target sometimes stocks them. You can also try boiling a dryer sheet. My
mom has used that method with success, but it did not work for me when I
had pan with burnt syrup.
