Dinner for three of us. I made a boneless pork roast. Butterflied,
seasoned with garlic, herbs, provolone cheese, rolled and tied, Roasted
along with it a tray of russet and sweet potatoes. Carrots with a
glaze with blood orange liquor. Big bottle of Woodbridge Chardonnay.
