Dale,
I have a number of vintages of Felsina Chianti Classico in my cellar and
I've alwasy enjoyed them and have come to the same conclusion. FWIW, I
recently bought a 750 ml bottle of 1992 Fontodi CC (good maker, not a great
vintage) in a bargain bin for $10.00. It was deliciously dark and full of
black cherry a hint of oak and tar and over-all a damn fine bottle showing very
little age.
Bi!!
