A week ago I went to a restaurant that not only made their own beer but
also their own soda. Since I was driving I had a root beer and it was
good.

I don't know if it is just the trend or if the cost of equipment has
come done but yes, every town seems to have a brewery like they did in
the 1800s. Brew pubs have become popular.
