I've always avoided the misters; there were so many complaints about
plugging up. I use one of those floppy silicone pastry brushes(goes
in the dishwasher), then I know where the oil is going. Or, I use a
plastic bag. I put the food items in the bag, add bit of oil and
smush the whole works around.
