That's what people say. I can't say if it's true. If I didn't have it I'd
just use regular salt. Use about a third less. I've made a couple of batches
of the stuff. I'd use vinegar instead of lemon juice - it tastes better.
Well, that's the way I see it. I'd ditch the 5 spice and cloves and stick in
a few star anise instead. Well, that's just what I'd do.
