I buy pepper jack cheese all the time but I'm not a fan of spicy hot.
I buy Tops Markets pepper Jack cheese and it's barely peppery.
Actually I've not found any pepper jack cheese that's peppery hot.
I've found pepper jack cheese is more about the flavor of mild bell
pepper.
