Aka 'shoestring fries'. Whenever I have a nice steak dinner, my
favorite sides are a pile of nice salty deep fried shoestring
fries and a pile of sweet corn with butter.

I do also like homemade fries but never in the oven. Sadly, I
haven't deep fried in 2-3 years. I need to fix that situation
soon.
