Not only that but if you eat small amount of something, you
might still feel hungry and unsatisfied. Wait only about
20 minutes later though until that "soaks in" and you won't
need much more to feel satisfied.
I read an article once that suggested eating a small
apple 20-30 minutes before you cook dinner. You'll find
yourself cooking a much smaller dinner. I tried it and
it works.
