I still have 2 of the KC strips in my freezer. One will
be used to make beef and broccoli pver rice.
Other one will be a steak dinner with leftovers to slice
thin and put on buttered toast the next day.

We call them 'sirloin steak' One of my favourites although I rarely eat
them, I am not a big meat eater
