Very nice, my favorite steak..;. I trust it was never frozen... WTF do
people buy pricey tender beef cuts to stock their freezer, frozen
it becomes tantamount to stew meat... even top round makes a much
better pot roast when never frozen. In NYS beef can't be sold as
'fresh' if frozen. There are farmers around here who sell grass fed
beef at rediculously high prices that has been frozen... SICKO MOROONS
