The mandate applies to the whole state. It started out when he was in a
press conference. He said he went to the store and was shocked to see people
his age and up in the store. He said none of them should be in there. Why he
was in there...dunno. But he then decreed that people 65 and over should not
leave their house for any reason. They were to send a younger person to get
things for them.

He then went on to add there were too many people out and about and the rest
of us should only make one trip to the store every two weeks and stay in our
own neighborhood.

In subsequent press conferences, he has brought up the two week thing so
many times that Dori Monson keeps playing a sound bite of it.

I don't blame people for not listening to his press conferences. Most people
I know, don't. He's hard to listen to and talks in circles. I usually have
my radio on during he day so I do often hear him.
