I don't snack late at night so perhaps that's the difference. I
remember vaguely the chicken with broccoli & cheese Hot Pockets.
Honestly, I haven't looked for them.

I don't recall the croissant ones. I do sort of remember Sara Lee had
some stuffed croissants. Ham & cheese and also chicken with mushrooms
(not my favourite thing) in a smooth sauce with, IIRC, gruyere cheese.
They didn't stick around long in the freezer case. They were light and
fluffy, not doughy like Hot Pockets.

I like meat pies. I suck at making pastry and won't waste my time
trying. But no, I'm not buying Hot Pockets in their current iteration.
