They are the perfect simple dinner. Make sure they are nice and dry,
season with a little salt and pepper, heat up a pan, apply just a tiny
bit of oil, slap the scallops on for a bit, flip them over and eat.
Just make sure there is a good sear on them for taste and texture. They
don't need to be cooked all the way through.
