It's nice to be able to get decent asparagus and an affordable price
most of the year, but it sure is nice to have freshly picked local
asparagus.
I always hope there will be enough left over for lunch...... asparagus
cheese dreams. Lighly toast some bread lay some cheddar or even
plastic cheese on top, top with cooked asparagus and broil until the
cheese melts.
