That sounds like a good dinner, I like kielbasa braised with kraut,
not too fond of kimchi, usually too hot for my liking. Kielbasa is
good on real Jewish rye bread with NYC deli mustard... I've had real
home made Polish kielbasa on a hot NYC bagel right from the oven...
nothing better. In fact I was on the phone a couple days ago with an
old friend, Ed Kowalski, his mom made the world's best kielbasa. If
yoose want real ethnic foods you need to go to the sourse. I just got
off the phone with an old navy buddy in Brooklyn who still goes out
fishing on his boat, he just caught some 80 pounds of cod, I'm too far
away or I'd be making fish cakes to die for.
