I saw Don Rickles live at the Mapes or Riverside Hotel in Reno when his
particular brand of humor was taking off in the late sixties. He was edgy
and not particularly funny. I hoped he wouldnt point at me to rag on
during his performance, and he didnt.
Bruce is a laff riot, so he has a ways to go to reach Rickles level,
although his pescatarian schtick is a good start.
