I have made this kimchi meatloaf recipe and it's really very good. I modified the methodology a bit to suit more how I cook but the thrust of the ingredients remained the same. It's very tasty and with just enough kick to make you want to go back for more.

It's a good addition to my meatloaf repertoire and I make it fairly often.
