I had a few gluten free mixes for Justin when he was eating gluten free. I
once made him a pan of brownies but he didn't eat them. After rigor mortis
set in, I asked him why he didn't eat them. Reason being, he thought it was
cake. I did make a cake for his GF's birthday one year. I had very few
ingredients in the house so I used a depression era recipe that didn't
contain eggs. I think it wasn't very good but it was chocolate so I'm sure
he thought I had made one of those again. Ha!

I try not to bake much now as I can't eat the stuff and if he doesn't eat
it, it goes to waste. Mainly I buy packs of cookies at Dollar Tree. He
always eats those.
