Remember when blacked food was popular. A controled burn
can be good.
Whenever I made bbq chicken on the grill, I would blacken
the hell out of the raw chicken. Right before it was done,
I'd add the bbq sauce a few times. It was good stuff.
I've also accidentally blacked toast a few times. It was
also good in it's unique way. Different taste but not
bad at all.
