You can open up the Tools menu and go down to message Filters. You can
also left or right click on the From header in an email and it gives
you a number of options including creating a filter from it. It is good
for one's sanity to keep some people filtered. The nymshfting assholes
aren't worth filtering. They know that they are obnoxious assholes and
pride themselves. You can filter them when you read them and an hour
later they will be back with another name, so it is easier to just
ignore them.
