Perhaps that's your taste. It's not mine. I use salted butter
and add as much salt as I want. I butter my toast and
sprinkle on some coarse salt.

Adding salt at the end is not the same as adding it during
cooking. A layer of salt on the outside is not the same as
having the salt penetrate through the food.
