This the REAL fudge recipe I've been using lately. Its a PITA
stirring, but turns out awesome shit. Next time (my 5th) I'll
trying using the kitchenaid mixer. I've tried your quick fudge
before and it's just not nearly the same. I also do teh marshmallow
fudge pretty often -- I'm eating it now - white chocolate & caramel
this time.
