They don't, not that I've ever encountered. We use lavender Fabuloso
for cleaning but do not find the scent in any way offensive... it
smells a lot better than any other toilet cleaners... most toilet
cleanser scents are too medicinal.

Fabuloso is a cleaning product that was originally developed for use
in tropical climates because it killed insects, I don't think it's so
potent anymore, at least not in the US.
